Festivities Events was founded in 1984 by a brother–sister team with a shared passion for food and entertaining. Bill Kaliff trained under the best in the culinary industry and Rosinne Chlala had a flair for hosting and making guests feel at home. Both share a collective love of delighting others with their passion for celebrating life’s special moments through memorable food and entertainment experiences. Despite 36 successful years in business, they both came to realize the need to upgrade their branding and digital marketing strategy to remain competitive in an ever-changing digital world.
 
The Objective
Develop a strategic approach for positioning and designing a compelling new visual brand image and language for Festivities through its marketing efforts to maximize sales opportunities with new and existing customers; reinforcing Festivities position as one of Fairfield County Connecticut’s most experienced and trusted caterers.

Evolve Festivities well-established business to more effectively identify, reach and engage customers. The existing branding and website needed significant updates and reorganization to emphasize Festivities strengths and capabilities to not only resonate in a more compelling fashion, but also to perform more efficiently across multiple digital platforms.  

The Solution
Perform a comprehensive brand audit of the competitive landscape, evaluate Festivities existing brand marketing and develop an impactful digital brand marketing strategy. This included designing a fresh and contemporary brand mark, tagline, imagery, color, and SEO strategy aligned with a messaging framework and enhanced user-experience on its website to elevate Festivities from a catering company into an aspirational lifestyle brand.
